About Us

Don’s Tractor Repair was started in 1970 by Don Zumbrunn.   Before he created his own business he was the shop service manager at a local John Deere dealership and Ford dealership before that.  His life had drastically changed when his wife Beverly was blinded in a car accident.  He started out the business in a small converted chicken house, which he quickly out grew and eventually built a 40’ x 50’ building.

                Over the years the business grew and eventually Don’s son Tim came to work at the family business and eventually took over as owner in the year 2000. Since then Tim added mower and tractor sales to the list of goods and services that we already provided, and added on an additional storage building to the shop. In 2008 Tim began having heart related issues which eventually resulted in two different open heart surgeries, a stroke, numerous medical procedures and hospitalizations. 

  Tim’s son David had then bought the business in 2018 and converted to a Limited Liability Company.   We strive to perform our best each and every day for each and every customer.   We have provided outstanding customer service for over 40 years and hope to continue another 40…..
